"Yes the hole was for the Supply Air Plenum and Duct work. the agreement was customer was to cover up any holes. the original duct work was in floor and we switched unit around to upflow ducts work. Customer was responsible for any cover up. as any HVAC company has to cut holes in ceiling to run ducts and plenums. it is in a closet. so his statement is in correct."
