Set up a specific date a month in advance. The owner called to confirm the day before. Tech showed up on time and work finished promptly. Professional technician.  Explained the work performed well.    In and gone in less than hour.

On 3-18-2011 turned on ac for first time ac wasn't cooling. Had ac serviced twice last year. Called Perryman Service he came out said it was out of gas again we decided together to replace unit. Because ac and heating unit was older we decided to replace heating unit also. Hot water heater wasn't heating very well for some time so we decided to replace it also. They brought the units out the following Monday 3-21-2011 and replaced them and finished job up on 3-22-2011. We were very pleased with their performance and price, no sales pressure very polite knew what they were doing hardly knew they were there and before we knew it they were done no mess left behind.
