OUT ON A LIMB TREE SVC

David and his crew were very professional and friendly. They were sensitive to our concerns about our trees and patiently explained their approach. They arrived promptly and were very meticulous about their work. Their clean-up was excellent, leaving the yard in better shape than when they arrived. The trees looked great.

David was swamped by an ice storm and it was difficult to get him scheduled--definitely not his fault. He called repeatedly to advise of his progress and to work with me on schedules. He was very professional throughout and his crew did a great job in difficult areas to access. The and quot;Band quot; scores above are related to the difficulties in scheduling around a high demand time, and not a reflection on the service the company provides. In normal times, I'm sure I would be able to give all A scores. I have used the company before and have never been dissatisfied with their performance.

With every engagement, and we've used them since 1997, they have left our trees in great shape and the yard is cleaned meticulously. We heard about them from my mother-in-law, the most meticulous person I know, since she'd been very pleased with them and I knew if she was happy we would be, too.
They were not the cheapest bid we had, but they were far from the most expensive, in short they were competitive and we have been very pleased with every engagement. They will bid work flexibly to help us get the work done at a level we can afford, so they can provide options for level of trimming and can help you establish a rotation over months or years to keep your trees trimmed.
David is very knowledgeable about trees and has been a terrific resource to diagnose ailing trees for no charge whatsoever. I trust him and will continue to use him wherever we live in the area.

I was told during the estimate that after they were finished I'd not even be able to tell they'd been there. This was very correct; the yards were spotless: no debris was left and where they'd been w/their machinery was raked smooth.
Southwood Nursery and Landscape recommended Out on a Limb. I am very very pleased with their work and my experience with them. David was very friendly and spent all the time it took for me to ask a plethora of questions. I believe I was treated very well and quite fairly. I also believe that they bent over backward to make my yards ready for landscaping.
I will certainly use them again should the need arise and do not hesitate to recommend them.

THEY WERE REALLY CONSISTENT AND HAD THE JOB DONE IN NO TIME. THEY ALSO PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I REALLY LIKED THE WAY THESE PEOPLE WORKED.
