"Ms. [removed member name] statements are simply not true. Have her expectations been met since the floor was installed probably not. However, the work of her facility is listed under our commercial area in our website and the pictures being used are one year after the floor was installed. Ms. [removed member name] had a flood in the basement and she nor Hawkeye could determine if the faulty sprinkler system caused any of the damage to the floor. All damage totaled up would equal less than six square feet of the 3500 she states. The floor was a custom color with custom blended metallic and during our attempt to touch up the areas at no cost to the client a complaint was filed with the BBB. We have offered to continue the touch ups but we have requested a walk through with her builder (and since she is uncomfortable with who I recommended) and one of our competitors in the Tulsa market to make recommendations for eliminating Ms. [removed member name] concerns. We have not be allowed into the building as of this date."
"[member name removed], I apologize for the problems you are having with the sealer we applied to the floor. All my company did was grind your floor and color seal the slab. If you are having trouble with it peeling then you are having too much vapor emissions through your slab and it is trying to push the sealer off the floor. We have seen some of these problems this year in older slabs that have no moisture barrier underneath. I was personally not aware of you having any problems but if you will email pictures into the office I can evaluate and put a plan of attack together for you. Please send them to [email protected]."
