+ -1 moreMr. Hale is knowledgeable and found a replacement garage door that matches our other 19 yr old door. He was courteous, prompt, conscientious and took good care of us and our problem. While he was there, he checked our other door and did some minor repair work on it. He has helped us for 19 yrs and I know I can call him if I have a garage door problem and he will take care of it.

+ -1 moreThey are responsive. He will sometimes do little things without charging. He is personable, and professional. The rates are reasonable.We call him whenever we have a problem with the garage doors.
Description of Work: He did repair work on the garage door. Also, repaired the roll up door on the barn. That door blew off the rollers again in a heavy storm and we decided to replace the whole door and tracks. Johnny called with the information and price and we will be doing the installation next week. He is great, very friendly, professional and patient. He is also a perfectionist and when he fixes something it is perfect.
