Mr. Hale is knowledgeable and found a replacement garage door that matches our other 19 yr old door. He was courteous, prompt, conscientious and took good care of us and our problem. While he was there, he checked our other door and did some minor repair work on it. He has helped us for 19 yrs and I know I can call him if I have a garage door problem and he will take care of it.

He was done very quickly, did what he said he would do. now, since the storms, he has done his estimates and is coming again on Tuesday to replace the door. This company operates how a company should. by customer needs.

They are responsive. He will sometimes do little things without charging. He is personable, and professional. The rates are reasonable.We call him whenever we have a problem with the garage doors.
