Coldwell Banker Heart of Oklahoma

I saw a house for sale that I was interested in because it had some features I really liked and the price was low and so the listing agent opened the door for me. I asked him some questions and stuff and he was ambiguous, so I thanked him and left. I called around to find someone who would represent me as a buyer and also someone that would be perfectly honest about the house. I came to a conclusion that the house wasn't for me and he didn't necessarily recommend it to me. He didn't make a sale and was very nice and answered my questions so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciated his candidness and his honesty and it was exactly what I would look for in a realtor. I really liked that house, but it was priced so under value that I had to know why it wasn't selling because it had been on the market for quite a while. He was pretty good and knew it probably wouldn't be a sale, but he went through it and we talked about it extensively and he was very upfront about it.
