What I reported was that my hot water tank was leaking. Because they could not get to me until late in the day the technician brought a new tank with him just in case that was what was needed. Otherwise he would have had to go back to the shop to get it.

They are awesome. They fix everything that we break. They come out quick, and they are great at their work. With regards to the price, they are not high and they are not low either, so they are medium. I would continue to use them again.
