So far there have been no further leaks. We have used Chris on several previous projects, he came very well recommended, and we had discussed several future projects. So why did he duck my phone calls for months? He blamed it on everyone else but him. I won't use him or recommend him to anyone else.
Description of Work: Chris & his crew were very prompt in the initial repair of our damaged roof. But at the first heavy rain, there was a major leak. We also discovered that the drip edging was not completely installed. After several months of our calls being ignored, we finally had our lawyer draft a nasty note to Chris. That got his attention. The roof was repaired, and he acknowledged that he was aware the drip edging was damaged by a worker, tossed in the dumpster, and never replaced.
