They did a fantastic job! Came a day earlier than they said they could be there and completed the job in 7 days. The guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves before they left each day, and when they had completed the installation. A few days later another technician came out to do an inspection and make sure everything was working as it should be, give me all of the paperwork associated with the two systems, and tell me about a rebate from the gas company. We are very happy with this company and all the work they have done for us in the past.

They were called out originally to service our a/c unit but never finished. We had to call them to come back out and finish. We actually had to call twice to get them back out. When they did come to finish the work,  they damaged the unit.. We had to call them back out again to fix the damage.  Then we were charged to get that damage fixed. Intentional or accidental, they should have not charged to make the additional repairs and we should not have had to call over and over to get it done. The original repairs were simple and not expensive, by the time it was all finally done we had spent more than double what we were originally quoted. We knew the first time they hadn't finished that we shouldn't call them back but we wanted it finished. Then when they damaged the unit, we thought they should fix it without charge... we tried to refuse to pay for it but they put it our credit report and we had no choice but to pay them.

Had I spoken to the dozen or so people I know who have been customers of Stolhand I never would have used them. Their reputation for dishonesty and padding the bill. They did respond promptly. I was given an estimate of approx $539. I paid $300 upfront and signed an agreement to  pay the remainder within two weeks. The part, they said, had to be ordered. This in mid-December when the temperatures had plunged way below freezing. The part arrived in 2-days and was installed. The furnace went out in less than 24-hours. The workman returned saying yet a different part had gone out. It too had  to be  ordered. Of course there was more expense for the part and "workmanship". This time it was a few hours before  the heater again went out. They arrived and pronounced that the second part was faulty. They ordered a replacement. Again it was 2-days before the part arrived. Yet again the furnace stayed on for only a few  hours. When the workman arrived he disappeared without having spoken to me.  He did leave a message on  my voice mail saying he had to return to the shop to collect a tool. When he returned it was with a part that had been in their warehouse which was the original part needed! I was of course charged for the lies and incompetence. The business allowed me to pay out their now outrageous bill.....with interest added monthly. The woman who is a co-owner and runs their billing is unbelievably rude. She accused me of having a stick up my a** when I questioned their odd accounting practice. When I asked for an itemized receipt they included work and billing done at my house for the 10-years prior to me living here. The current payment was hand written in, not added and then totaled. All in all this was a horrifying experience.

They were very organized and very professional.

They were excellent. They had to order a part and that's why it went over into January.

tSummertime, three digit heat and around 100 people coming in for an evnt. They came in, found the problem and repaired it as soon as they got the needed part.My guest were cool and comfortable.

Outstanding professionalism and promptness every time from the visit for the estimate, day of the work, and follow-up phone calls.  Politeness from all workers every phone call.  They started work early in the morning to contend with the broiling sun.  Three or more workers never slacked.   Before beginning the men put a drop cloth in the house trying to prevent a huge mess.  After the job they cleaned the area well.  We were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend.  The unit has been running perfectly.  They called to make a follow-up visit to check how the unit is doing.  We weren't charged extra for the estimate even though we hadn't decided to use them yet.   Another heating/ac group who had made an estimate visit charged $50.
