These folks are always so great when I have contact with them. I recently had a minor bug question and they provided me with some traps so I could catch the little devil to see if we had a new problem. Happily no invaders!

Called office to sign-up for services. Front office staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and fun. Scheduled services and the technician showed up, treated home and 10' exterior perimeter of the house. Within a few days it appeared the treatment had been effective. Due to lots of rain, I may have some retreatment work done but that's no knock on the treatment provided. I'm very happy and highly recommend Parker Pest to you.

The house was vacant and up for sale. I didn't want mice taking over the place since it was vacant and having potential buyers seeing mice or even dead mice around the house. I figure a professional would find how the mice get in block it off and use something more than over the counter items to get rid of the mice in the house. The guy was friendly but all he did was leave poision traps around the house, that I could buy at walmart for a lot cheaper. Then I told him I was worried about dead mice being in plain sight of the potential buyers. He said he would put out sticky traps to keep the mice out of sight. He put them everywhere including on closet floors, behind the toilets, in the kitchen cabinets. After he left I went back and replaced most of them out of the line of sight. It wasn't worth the money but the house is sold.

"Gosh, I am so sorry you are not completely satisfied with our service. We strive to be the best. With mice, you have to overwhelm them. Instead of only putting out a few traps, like some company's do, we put out lots of them to be sure we catch all the mice in the house. Since we have a 100% control guarantee, we don't want to have to come back at our cost. I guess we just didn't do a good job communicating with you about how we go about treating for mice.
