Originally quoted me a price of 125.00, I wound up paying him 175.00. He NEVER finished the job. I have contacted him last week and told me that he'd be out on Saturday November 19,2016. Here it is November 22,2016 and he still has yet to come back to finish the caulking around the window. I myself have caulked the inside window. I just had hip replacement surgery and can't do the outside of the window. I would have to climb on a ladder. I am still under hip precautions. Oh, by the way, he asked to be paid in full. I know him from church.
