Well we have had cable One for 8 years, they have been the only provider in our area so we had to go with them. Over the last year we have had a horrible time keeping our internet connected to our devices. It will drop connection and then not work for days or hours you never know. I have called them on many occasions about this and they can reset it on their end and it will work for a day or two and then begin to mess up again. They have sent several people out to look at it one time a man called on his way and asked if it was working and when I told him it was he then decided that he didn't need to come seeing as it was working. We had two people come and say that we are losing speed through the line that goes to our house but nothing ever gets fixed about that either. We had one guy that never came out because he thought the problem had been resolved. At this point I want a new provider and am looking for a new one in our area. I feel like my bill should be prorated seeing as it works about a quarter of the time. Hopefully their 24 hour tech support line will be back up tomorrow (it is not right now) and I can get my internet back.

so why do i keep loosing my connection? he finally told me there is static in the lines and they are working on it.This has been a ongoing problem for over a year as with cable one phone is just as bad. We need another cable company in Ponca City Oklahoma its either ATT or Cable one and at&t has really slow internet.

We are currently looking for a new provider.

They’re good.  They’re the only cable company in town.  So they have no choice but to be good.  I will continue to use them in the future because there’s no one else.
