Air Pro Heat & Air

First off, let me say that, yes, their response time is above average. They were at my house both times in 10 minutes! But unfortunatly, in my case anyway, not for the reason I was expecting. This year, we had to call them out because we came home from vacation to find our (indoor) unit leaking so badly that all the wires were sitting in water! The man that came to my home was John (the company owner). I had asked my dad to meet him there. After looking over the indoor part of the unit, John told my dad that what they did for the leak last year was a temp fix, and that our coil is bad as well because we chose to NOT replace it last year. Also, the one we have in our house NOW is meant for a trailer. (What?! We do not live in a trailer. Our unit outside is 5 tons and it's a 2100 sf home!) I was shocked when my Dad told me this, so I called Air Pro immediatly. John confirmed that what my Dad had told me was correct, and that he could give me an estimate to fix it all!!! I said "No, I paid you almost $2000 dollars last year to replace the coil and fix that leak! I still have the credit card reciept!!" His response..."Oh.... ok, yes, you're right, I remember now...The coil should be ok then." ...So, even after I caught him trying to scam my Dad out of thousands of dollars... he wanted to charge me "only" $80 to fix the leak again!!! Needless to say I declined, and I will never attempt to use their services again; nor will I refer them to anyone in the future.

They done a great job on the install got to it quickly and got it done and up and going the problem is the heater will not maintain air temp when it gets cold out around 15 or colder I go to bed with thermostat set at 75 temp in house is 75 wake up and temp in house is 70 and will come up to thermo temp till about 3 to 4 oclock in the afternoon and heater runs non stop that whole time they came to check it and said its cuz that one room aint insulated I told them its never has been and the old heater worked just fine for 14 years they said this less btu heater is equivalent to my old higher btu unit and heats the same told them no it dont cuz it wont maintain temp and my gas bill is higher cuz the unit wont shut off said all they can do is put in a bigger unit but that would require a new bigger ac unit also which means more money so now I have a brand new high efficiency crappy unit that costs more money to run so I will find someone else to fix the problem

After finding another company. The price of the parts was what I found from the dealer and in which is what they charged and it only took the gentleman 1 hour to replace. 

Again, this company is not reliable, and I will not refer them to anyone looking for service for their heating and ac needs

My a/c went out on a Sunday and 110 degree weather!! I called everywhere and got no reply. When I came to this number I got call right back, appologized to for not answering the phone, and he showed up 15 minutes later! He was here for about 30-1 hour before he was finished! Told me things that the other a/c guys I had been using failed to tell me. Like I had no filter!!?? With there being no filter for years, it has done major damage to my a/c unit. He replaced what he could, and got it working again, but also made sure that I know, and understood that I needed to replace the whole thing, and what could happen if I don't. Very pleasant and caring business!
