They did a new install on my house. Was very responsive at first when the ac unit for my bedroom wasn't cooling down. Replaced several components. After several attempts they decided to ignore requests since they were not willing to look at other issues like bad installation work. Our bedroom takes 2 hours to cool down 2 degrees. I spent 25k to have them install a heat and air system in a million dollar home and it cools down like it was built in 1980. Upstairs unit doesn't cool every room. Poor install

Without a doubt, I will not use anybody else for my heating and air needs.. The crew from Redus did there job in a timely and professional manner.
