Chris is Simply the Best. He’s honest, fair, and professional.

Called ahead of time. Was on time. He was fast and knew what he was doing. If I have more work - he will be the one. He was really fair!

Chris came out and finished what another contractor did not complete. (I was leery as the first contractor was very impressive at first). Chris was prompt, very professional, price reasonable, and he tried hard to explain everything to someone with no knowledge about the subject. He ended up with "extra" unexpected work left undone by first contractor. He stuck to his original estimate, even though he had to make an extra trip (and provide extra labor) to complete the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Chris gave me a call, we talked about the work to be done and he gave me a price which was very reasonable. We set an apointment for 4:00, he call and asked if it was OK if he came 20 min early. He showed and I showed him the two rooms that needed fans and he went to work. We he got to the fans blades he asked me to come back to the room and wanted to know which color I desired. He completed both rooms and everything was just as I had hoped it would be. Just as important he is a very nice young man. If I need an electrical work in the future Chris would be my 1st call.

Our first service request to On Phase was for diagnosis and repair of ceiling can lights that had abruptly stopped functioning, adding an outlet in a bathroom, and other smaller miscellaneous issues, primarily with inadequate or malfunctioning fixtures. Chris responded to my emailed request for information quickly; he answered all my questions, and we set an appointment. I had the time wrong on my calendar, but he was kind and patient when he showed up "early" (not) until I could regroup and we moved forward. Chris had told me he did not charge for on-site estimates. After he looked at everything we were concerned with, he gave an estimate for the things that needed his expert attention (for others, he advised us about what we could do for ourselves). His educated guesses on what was causing various problems all were correct. His estimate was reasonable, and he was able to complete the work the same day. In our experience, Chris was responsive and reliable, patient with the ways in which we were somewhat unprepared when he showed up, clear in his suggestions and explanations, and efficient and effective in completing the projects for a very reasonable price. In short, he was a very kind, helpful, and competent guy. We will call him again - we recommend him without reservation.
