It went great. Yesterday afternoon John returned my call quickly and we were his first appointment for today, between 8 and 8:30. He arrived at about 8:20 a.m. (John lives in Piedmont and we are just south of Lake Hefner, so this is probably more than a 20 minute drive for him, depending on traffic.) He is very professional, polite and efficient. I would definitely hire him again and have his card taped near the telephone!
