Called about getting some dead outlets repaired and light fixtures replaced in our historic home. Were told that we would be called in "a few days" to set up a time for them to come by and give us an estimate. 1 week later... never was called. Called them and left a message which was never returned. If you're busy I get it. Just please have the decency to answer the phone and at least say so.
