Excellent. Mitch at Airtime is great and reasonably priced. This is the end home I've called him for service on and have been very happy. Super nice guy. Will have him out for yearly service/maintenance.

He came the same day that I called.  He was there when he said that he would be.  He definitely went above and beyond.  He fixed her thermostat, inspected her furnace, and checked her heater in the bathroom.  He did all of this while my mother was at work and her two little dogs were at home.   He would call me to let me know things or to ask questions and I would call my mom at work and call him back and he never got frustrated with me.  He also let me pay him with the credit card over the phone.
He was kind, patient, and fair.  He did a great job at a fair price.  I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

My a/c has not been working very well since I had the ducts repaired. He responded to my phone on a Friday night. He was on a call that took him 3 hours. He called me at 11 pm and asked if I still wanted him to come out. I said yes. He came out and went through my system. He quality controlled the company who cleaned and fixed my ducts. He told me I need to get my money back. He is very professional and you can tell he cares about his work. His apprentice Willie is great! He is going to give me a quote for putting ducts in my ceiling. He was here until 1 am.
Two days later and my A/C is still working! I would use them again!
Emergency call was around $145 or so.

Install went well and they cleaned up my home very nice. They swept my whole garage not just their mess very nice people.
