STANDRIDGE TIRE PROS

Took over four hours to replace two tires. One tire was flat next morning. Returned to the store and was told that I needed to purchase a new tire. Tires are defective and service is terrible. Avoid this place.

Scheduled my oil change with Standridge as I always do. My car was attended to as soon as I brought it in, which is how they do business. If you have an appointment, you get service at the time you arrive. Just one of the MANY reasons I keep going back! While changing the oil, the technician gave the car a good look all over. Again, that's how they always take care of the customer. One of my rear tires was down to the belt on the inside, and I didn't know it because it was in a spot that was really hard to see. I'd told Jeff that I was taking a long trip just several days from then, and he showed me the tire while the car was on the lift. He made sure that my tires arrived the next week, AND that I got an appointment to have them mounted and alignment done before I left on my trip. While the car was there for the new tires, I also asked for new wiper blades, and he installed the most fantastic Aqua blades. I'll never go back to wipers from Wal Mart! In addition, I saw a rebate form on the desk as I was paying, and I said, and quot;Oh, I guess I should get one of these.and quot; Jeff replied that his office manager had all the stuff ready to submit it for me! The service at Standridge is amazing, in the shop and in the office!

The guys at Standridge are always friendly and professional. I called for an appointment on Thursday, and they made time for me on Saturday morning. There's a pleasant waiting area with a couch, vending machine, daily paper, and plenty of magazines. The service is excellent and the price is right. I've bought tires from them, and will happily do so again. They've taken care of mechanical issues for me as well, including new brakes and turning the rotors. They answer all my questions thoroughly with complete respect. As a female, this is very important to me since I've had experiences with other auto service providers where that hasn't been the case.
