I was quoted one week for the service. At a week and a half after not hearing from them I called to be told to call back the next day, she would check and call back if there was information, no call back. The next day it was clear that their phone was out the entire day. Again the day after, no phone. I left work to drive 1/2 an hour to and from to go out to the shop to find out that there was a part on order but everything else was done, would have been an easy call back two days prior. The mower is out of warentee so I don't need an authorized dealer to work on it. Clearly the local shops feel they have a corner on the market while grass is growing like crazy.
