The various clean teams were prompt, went right to work and finished in a stated time. Have received follow up calls and feel well cared for. I asked them to use one of my tools for the wood floors and they used the cleaner as should be and my floors look great.

BEYOND wowed by Tulsa Clean Team--- they were hardworking, courteous, punctual, VERY thorough, and always did an AMAZING job-- every time!! We cannot say enough good things about the company, and would not hesitate to recommend anyone needing cleaning work in the Tulsa Metro area. Also, their rates were very reasonable. They're truly a jem among Tulsa cleaning companies!

Our first experience with this provider was a discounted deep clean for being new customers. Although we appreciated the deep clean offer,  we weren't very impressed with how "deep" the cleaning was. Seemed like a regular cleaning job, as our house was already pretty clean to begin with. We gave them another shot to see how the routine cleanings would go. Every other week was something different they would miss or not clean. For instance, I came home to find hair all over the bathroom floor, like no one had even swept.  Or our shower being cleaned well one week, and another Id find bacteria growing on the floor tiles where no one had cleaned it. All in all just very inconsistent and definitely not thorough. My husband and I did a better job of cleaning our house than this group. After the third cleaning, my husband finally called to discuss with the owner about not being satisfied with the cleanings, but ended up leaving a voicemail. The owner did not respond quickly at all, matter fact, it was almost a week before she finally emailed me back. I got some story of how she couldn't hear the entire message and his phone number was blocked, so she couldn't call him back. Apparently she heard enough of the voicemail to hear that we weren't happy with her services. It sounded like to me she just didn't want to deal with the situation and in a round about way contacted me through email, but still didn't follow through even when I gave her my husbands phone number to call. When she didn't call him back within 3 days of me giving his number, we just decided not to continue business with them. I ended up writing an email, gently explaining why we no longer wanted to use her services. It was no surprise, its been over a week, and I never even heard a response back. All in all, not very good services and customer service incredibly lacking.

The Tulsa Clean Team did great.  I signed up for regular cleanings after giving them a try.  It is so wonderful to come home to a clean house after a day of work and be worry free about having it done...and done right!  I also want to mentioned that this is a local, women-owned business.  I am so grateful we both have a win-win here!

This is the second time I used them and it all went so much better than the first time. A team of four courteous and focused people came ready to work. I had written out what I wanted done in each room and went over it with the team leader. I have a large upstairs with 5 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a large library-like room with very tall ceilings and beams. Each room is different but all have wooden blinds, wood work, ceiling fans and lots of other items that needed attention. The team leader was very responsive and had great communication skills that she demonstrated with both me and her team. She was great. They worked very diligently and thoroughly. I was very pleased with the job they did and the overall experience. I guess sometimes you do get to make a 2nd "1st Impression".

I had a lot of trouble getting them to respond the first time with about three or four attempts before they called back. They were good about fitting me in because of my time crunch. But it would not have been such and quot;short noticeand quot; if they had responded to the first attempt to schedule. A crew of four showed up on time. One gal started on a bathroom and one dusting while I reminded the gal in charge that it was suppose to be and quot;deepand quot; cleaning as I had asked so I wanted wooden blinds cleaned, beams dusted, ceiling fans cleaned, louver doors cleaned, crevices were floors and walls meet vacuumed. So they shifted gears. The gal in charge said she and another gal were leaving shortly to get to another cleaning job. They did a terrible and incomplete job on the doors and very marginal job on the blinds and fans. The deal was for four hours and the two left behind were there less than 2 hours. Because they did such a bad job, I debated about using the second voucher. The woman in charge said when she got to my house that she'd been at the hospital all night with her sick Mother so I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. The second voucher was going to expire so I contacted them about doing my Mother's hiouse instead of mine. Her house is smaller and easier to clean. They never responded at all. So overall, it was a waste of money. I would not recommend them -- it is too bad they are so unresponsive because they were auditioning for a ongoing cleaning job!

I was very disappointed with the cleaning results and immediately called the supervisor to voice my concern. I ended up receiving a full refund for the price paid. Don't waste your money with this business.

I have used this service consistently for about 1 year. Buy specials that they offer frequently. The team is in and out in about an hour. Sure spots are missed but all I do is call and they take care on the next visit. I ave found that you can't make a determination on just one c

They arrived a bit later than scheduled, but did call to let me know they were on their way. 2 of the 3 were nice and courteous, but 1 didn't want to be bothered. I had to do some work from home so I wasn't hovering over them and they announced they were wrapping up so I bid them goodbye. They did an alright job, but my hardwood floors were still fairly spotty and they didn't touch the master shower (these reviews are starting to look very similar). Not bad for a voucher price, but I wouldn't pay them to come back at full price.

They did not show up when scheduled - instead they were very early and my daughter was still asleep in her room so they had to skip cleaning that room entirely. They were very nice and professional but seemed to be in a big hurry and the three of them finished the entire house in only 30 minutes. After they left I found that the hard wood floors still had multiple dirty spots that were missed, and one of the bedrooms had not been dusted. I spent nearly an hour after they left cleaning up the areas that were missed. I e-mailed the owner and explained my frustrations about the cleaning job - she was very nice and offered to send her team back out to clean again for free but I didn't feel comfortable having them in my house again after I had complained. I paid a special price for the cleaning job that they did so I didn't feel nearly as disappointed as I would have felt if I would have paid the full price of $85 that they quoted me.

I purchased two vouchers from LivingSocial for housecleaning services up to 5,000 square feet from Tulsa Clean Team ($130 value) in order to evaluate their services and the possibility of using the company as my long-term housekeeping service provider. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the quality of work they provided. They did not clean the master shower or toilet and failed to dust in several areas of the house. When I brought these to the attention of the owner, Jonna Reed, her response was as follows:

and quot; I would like to have a chance to show you what we can do on a regular basis, so if you feel like giving us another shot I’ll extend the $65 price that you paid for your voucher. I am sorry they rushed through (that’s what I’m thinking has happened).and quot;

What's unfortunate and disappointing abou this situation is that the owner offered to charge me a second time to return to my house and perform the cleaning services that I fully paid for the first time. On top of that, her website touts the following:

and quot; We do not cut corners or rush through the cleaning process. ... We have the ability to bring into your home the personnel and equipment necessary to be absolutely certain that whatever cleaning task needs to be done, is done on time, without compromise. Our work is guaranteed for 24 hours, and we will promptly return if necessary.and quot;

Clearly, there is a disconnect between what Ms. Reed is advertising to the public and the actual services her company is providing. When I informed Ms. Reed that her and quot;charge me a second timeand quot; approach to solving the problem with unacceptable, she tried to create a laundry list of excuses as to how it was my fault that her team did a lousy job. There were no obstructions on the stairs or in the bathrooms, so I find it hard to believe that somehow their ineptitude to cleaning a toilet and shower or dusting the stairwell rails is somehow my fault.

Very dissatisfied. Buyer beware.

They did become flustered and they missed some key areas. We don't claim perfection, also stated on our website. We offered a solution that we felt was fair and we're very sorry you weren't happy with the results of your cleaning or the solution to the problem. We do stand behind our work and would have been more than happy to come fix the cleaning as well as offer a 2nd cleaning at the same low rate you paid for the living social voucher.
