We were very disappointed in the outcome of the service and even more disappointed that there was no quality control from management. The grout restoration and color seal is a great concept but when poorly executed it results in quite a mess. The crew arrived at the very end of the window, nearly 5pm on a Friday. As mentioned in another review the cleaning of the floors was rather ineffective. I took one of the crew members to an area in the kitchen and lightly scrubbed with a sponge and removed a great deal of dirt which visibly lightened the tile. At this time he disclosed that he had been sent with the incorrect tool for the job and asked if it would be okay to return the following day to complete the job with the correct tool, to which I agreed. Why in the world is management sending the crew out inadequately prepared and equipped to handle the task at hand? We discussed the color seal for the grout and I was quoted $1800 in addition to the more than $400 to clean the floors. We had looked into grout cleaning and restoration and the price was on par with other professionals in the area. The quality of the work is where this service failed. One of the crew members was knowledgeable and clearly had experience in applying the product which must be applied with a toothbrush then all excess wiped from the tile with a towel. The areas on which he focused turned out well. The other crew member made mention of how this process of removing the excess would add an additional 2-3 hours to the job so he would bypass this step, run the tile cleaner over the tile and hope that this would remove the excess. It did not... and providing that there was not adequate cure time it stripped off much of what had been applied which was even more hastily and sloppily applied as a quick fix. On two different occasions we were told a manager would be stopping by to check in, this being a large job. Even after expressing concerns about the quality of work we still never heard from anyone. It looks as if paint has been spilled all over our tile and still, to this day, no one has reached out to us from management to rectify the issue.

Stanley Steemer were ok. They were in and out. They didn't mark the walls - they had little corner things to put around the hoses so they didn't make any marks. They did a good job.

They called to confirm and then showed up exactly ON TIME. They were friendly and professional. My carpets look fantastic. It was because of my bad experience with the first cleaner that I joined AngiesList. And it paid off in this case!
Everything was taken care of by booking through their website...fast, convenient and user friendly. When they came the billing amount was correct and they did not try to sell me additional products or services.
I will call Stanley Steemer the next time my carpets need cleaning.

They are wonderful. We have used them twice now. They are readily available and they would come at anytime usually. They do a good job of cleaning the carpet. We sold our house and finally got the carpets cleaned before we moved out so we used them then. We moved in a rented house and we had a dog with us so we promised the owners that we would clean the carpets before we moved out and when we bought our new house we used them again. The prices are good and the service is good. I would recommend them to others.
