I have been in the house (new) for 5 years. I was in the last few days of the 5 year manufacturer's warranty, however he was intent on getting a replacement motor on the warranty and was successful. "Over and Above" Would highly recommend.

I called him around 5p.m. the day before. Explained I couldn't get furnace pilot to light in my rental house. Weather was warm enough to go without heat overnight. He worked my repair into his schedule the next day, between two projects, when I explained an elderly lady lived in the rental house. He was very professional and patient when my renter wasn't home when he arrived to inspect the furnace and I couldn't get into the house.
He returned later when she came back home. He tried first just replacing the thermocouple. When that didn't work, he replaced the gas valve to make it work correctly.

They did a really good job. They did it quickly. They recommended best sized unit for my home at the best cost. This past fall they did a service check and also told me about a $30 rebate that I can get from my gas company. They gave me the paper work for that. The maintenance check cost was $75 for the full check. I would definitely use their services again.

WE HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE THAT THEY DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT. WE FEEL THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED, HONEST, AND HAVE A VERY PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE.

THEY MADE A HUGE MESS IN THE BASEMENT BUT CLEANED IT UP REALLY WELL BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY AND MADE SURE THAT THEY DIDN'T SCRATCH MY FLOORS UP.
