Ranger Roofing of Oklahoma

Because Ranger Roofing was the provider who replaced our roof in Spring 2014, when we had leak issues around our chimney that was damaging drywall, we contacted them in Dec 2015 to address the problem.  We spoke to someone named Nathaniel on 12/08/2015, and he said someone would call us back later that day.  When no one did, we called back twice and never got a response.  Then on 12/18 one of their workers showed up without any notice.  He used an industrial caulk around the chimney and said that should fix the problem.  Several days later, it rained and the leak continued.  We called and again spoke to Nathaniel who said that someone would call us back later that day.  That was the last we heard from anyone.  We attempted to call back both before and after Christmas.  I understand that Christmas / New Year's is a tricky part of the year, but to be ignored outright is unprofessional at best.

We feel that this company was so eager to get our big business (roof replacement paid for primarily by our insurance company), going so far as to show up at our doorstep without being called, asking to replace our roof... but when we needed assistance after that, they were not reliable.

They covered all the needs we had. They were quick, efficient and came back to see everything if done properly and if we're satisfied. They followed through on everything. The quality was excellent and they were very professional.
