It went exceptional. Lance has great employees and he chooses exceptional sub-contractors when he does not have the required skills to do the work. He always notifies me when his people are going to be on site and he is there to make sure the work is being done as promised. He has done work on 5 or 6 different occasions at 3 different locations.
