 + -1 moreMy laptop died and I wanted to recover some files from it. This was not a crisis for me but I wanted to get these files if I could. He said when he disabled the Microsoft security, the laptop started working again. (Lucky me.) He went ahead and found the files I was looked for and copied them onto my external hard drive just in case something else happened. I dropped off the computer on Fri evening and he called Monday to say it was ready. Chris charged me $40. I was very pleased with the price and speed of service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with computer problems.
Description of Work: My laptop died and I waned to recover some files from it. Chris was able to get the computer working again and he recovered the files, too.
