It went pretty well. I was very pleased with them. He was very professional, came back for several follow-ups. He was very educational and gave us touch-up tips.

The carpet cleaning company we were using said they could polish our concrete floors for us under the contract they had sold us. Long story short, my wife had to kick them out after 5 hours of destroying our floors. I put several calls into concrete people to have them come out and give us bids to fix other companies mistake. Never could get anyone to show up or they wanted some rediculous charge to look at it. I finally ran across Nick, thank goodness. He says, can I come out tomorrow and try some things? I said sure, and in the back of my mind I am thinking - what is this gonna cost me, but for that kind of service- I did not care.
Nick comes out and does his thing. Gives me a bid to fix it and says think about it a couple days and just let me know what you and your wife decide. No obligation and he would not take anything for this visit. Needless to say I called him back in the next couple of days and he had me scheduled within 3 days. He did the whole job quicker and under agreed price!!!!!! The day it was done my wife got home late from work and actually woke me up to tell me how unbelievable the floors looked.
