His workmanship and attention to detail was noteworthy. He was pleasant to deal with and made sure to explain to me what he was doing and how to prevent and problems in the future. You could tell by his efforts that he took great pride in his work and that he seemed like he was working on his own home. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to a friend.

A safety glass pane was broken out of my front storm door on Wednesday, May 9.I called Owasso Glass on Thursday, May 10 to look into repairs, got no answer, left a voice message.After some phone tag over the weekend and into the following week, I finally talked with the service man on Tuesday, May 15.He agreed to come by on Thursday, May 17 to inspect and prepare a quote. He did keep that appointment in good faith. He took measurements and left, telling me he would call me back the next day, Friday, May 18 with a price quote. He did call me as promised.
On that Friday, May 18, I was given a price of $74 with an explanation that it would take 2-3 days to order the glass and get it into his shop. He would call me as soon as the glass came in and schedule a time to complete the repairs. That phone call never came.
Being busy with other things, I did not call back until Wednesday, June 6 to ask about my glass repair. They did not even have the replacement glass in their shop and know nothing of its status. The office girl called back later that day to explain that "...the glass supplier had had some problems and they expected to have my glass in house by the next day, Thursday, June 7-- they would call me as soon as the glass came in to schedule the repairs." Again, that phone call never came.
No phone call Thursday, no phone call Friday and no phone call Monday, June 11.
I called their office at noon Monday, June 11, to be asked, "Did he fix that glass on Friday?" I told her, "No, I have not been called, nor has anyone showed up-- I just called to cancel the order, I will take my business elsewhere."
Should I recommend this company to anyone based on the service I received? I don't think so.

We had another contractor out here to replace the siding, and in the process, they broke a window pane. Oh, no!

So, we called Owasso Glass to come measure the glass and replace it. The owner came out. He did a great job. His wife Katie answers the phones at the office, and she was always friendly and helpful, too.

I really like these people. More people should know about Owasso Glass.

IT ONLY TOOK TWO DAYS AND THE WALL IN MY LIVING ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME TO START WORKING BOTH DAYS. WHAT I LIKED IS THAT THEY WERE LOCAL EASY TO FIND AND AFFORDABLE.
