OWASSO FENCE

Being in the contracting business I hired Owasso Fence. They did a great job. Most of the negative reviews left on here I took with a grain of salt knowing that dealing the general public can be difficult. If you consider how many jobs a company like mine or Owasso Fence do per year these complaints add up to less than 1% of the customer who had work performed. So before you make your decision based on the negative culture we live in. Ask a company for references. Do not completely go off the negative left on sites like these. Cause it’s very miss leading. Companies like mine and Owasso Fence do not set out to make mistakes. Things happen and people are human.

It's a pretty big one. It was great. They've done a great job. It's good. I have no issues. They're a little higher but they've done a good job. I went with them because I know that they do a good job.

So, when I first posted our issue with owasso fence 11/20/2104 we were waiting for them to return and correct the issues from the wrongly installed gate and the incompetent workmanship of the fence installation. It is now December 4th, 2014 and we have not heard one word from anyone from them. It seems that they are not concerned about their reputation nor do they care about the quality of workmanship they put out.

How did it go? It's still going on. they have not finished the job correctly. They came out for the original estimate in late August, we were told us it would be 3 weeks which we were fine with. During the waiting time we got a survey of our property so they would know the boundary lines. When the installers came out to set the poles for the iron fencing, they set the poles on the outside of the boundary pins so they had to come back out, take the poles out of the cement and reset the poles on our side of the property line. Then, they built the wood fence but the nails were not nailed to the cross board. They completely missed the board so the nails are just sticking through the pickets, not nailed to anything. THEN, when the front gate was installed, they put the gate on the wrong side so it swings open the wrong way. It's been nothing but a train wreck from the very start. It's been almost 3 weeks since Dustin came out to look at the sloppy work was done and he said it would be fixed quickly, it's been almost 3 weeks now. We would NEVER recommend Owasso Fence to anyone EVER.

All went well. They responded promptly with an estimate and answered all questions. Once it was decided to go with them they gave us an estimate of 3-4 weeks before job could be started and completed. They stuck with that estimate. The fence was up in 2-3 days and looks great. The guys did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would definately recommend them to friends and family.

Installation was great. The installers were very professional, and they made a suggestion on the gate that worked better than what we originally had. We would definitely hire them again.

Owasso Fence company was very professional.  They did an excellent job of removing the old fence and installing the new.  They also cleaned up after their work.  Great job!

They could not have done anything better.  They did a great job. They were very professional and polite.  They did quality work and were on time.  They got it done quickly. Their fence was great.   I would rate them highly all the way.  I would use them in the future, if I needed to.
