OWASSO CABINETS & MILLWORK LLC

Where do I start. Jake came over and took measurements on May 19th and we didn't hear from him until May 31st but discovered the owner of Owasso Cabinets, Jeff, had died. The cabinets were to be made and when finished, they would send the crew to rip out the old cabinets on June 15th and the next day install the new cabinets. Instead of being the standard 36", they made the cabinets 33.5" which was shorter then the dishwasher. They were suppose to reinstall the cabinets on June 28th, but no call and no show. So, again scheduled for June 30th at 9 am. They called at 9:20 because of family emergency. We drove by the shop and Richie was at work all day. They rescheduled for July 6th. Again, no show. We called at 10:30 and was told they would not be out. Garrett worked on July 7th and said Richie would be out July 8th ~ again, no call, no show. We went to Cabinet Co on July 12th ~ said we just missed Richie and he would call us tomorrow. Again, we ended up calling them at 4:50 and said Miguel would be out tomorrow. Nope. Called at 4:28 ~ no answer, left message. Set up to come out on July 26th ~ no show ~ said he forgot. Came out for a few hours on July 27th ~ said he would be out on July 28th at 8am. He showed up at 9am and wanted to be paid in full even tho the cabinets weren't finished. This continued for a couple of weeks ~ when Mike came out on Aug 19th, we show him the door were loose and he said that's the way poplar wood is ~ we were paying for MAPLE. Stanley said our cabinets looked rough but not as rough as some. There were so many chips, scratches and problems we started putting blue paper to point them out. This has been a total nightmare. Wrong wood, wrong measurements, were suppose to leave our backsplash alone and started ripping it down, so we had to buy a new backsplash. There were six drawers in the pantry that were suppose to be the same size and ended up being 3 different sizes and two different sizes of gliders. The cabinets over the washer and dryer were suppose to be longer and the top trim was two difference width and Mike outright refused to correct even a small thing like that. The cabinets were chipped and scratched so they added a trim to cover it up, when they touched up the cabinets, they used gloss paint so we had shiny spots. There was one band aid after another.
