Home Building
The home was built from prints purchased by myself. The changes made by contractor were not certified or looked at by an architect. The brick is falling off home & was chipped very badly before installation. Rock installed with mortar is cracked and falling off. House is in very poor condition. This contactor uses the lowest bidder for every job and pockets the money people pay him. These houses he builds only last about five to seven years before they need extensive repair. Beware of Sunwest Homes, Landmark homes or whatever Ron Staggs decides to call his business this month.
