Responded on time and got appointment right away. Would have graded an A except he first installed the valve backwards with the hot on the cold side. He came right back and switched it. The problem was the pipes were reversed since there was a tub valve on the other side of the wall, so it wasn't entirely his fault. But he should have considered that when installing it the first time to make sure it was right.

THE PLUMBER I HAD WAS REALLY GOOD. I LIKED HIS WORK BECAUSE HE DID A GOOD JOB AND GOT IT DONE QUICKLY. I THOUGHT HE WAS VERY RELIABLE AND HE MADE SURE TO CLEAN EVERYTHING UP WHEN HE WAS DONE.
