Description of Work: Garage Door was damaged in an attempted break in. We've used J & C Overhead Door before. So we called them this time. He arrived when he said he would. Problem solved for the price quoted. Door works good as new.

Description of Work: Repaired garage door, replaced several broken and missing parts. |Arrived on time assessed damage, and gave me a reasonable quote. Returned the next day at appt time and repaired door. I had a problem with one of the sensors a week later, John promptly returned and replaced it at no charge.

 + -1 moreOne phone call to them. They returned the phone call for an appointment. Prompt on the appointment. The old door wasn't working properly so while the other door was on order he adjusted the old door to work better. Ensured that I had all the information and their order was correct. Informed me of the delivery date. Promptly showed up on the date with help. Completed the installation and ensured that I was happy with all the installation. Made double sure that everything was in working order. The door works great and has worked great for many months. I have not called back for any adjustments because the door works great.
