Everything they planted died. They planted in front and back yard twice and both times plants died. Would not recommend! Mary

"Mary, We replaced your landscape twice free of charge. The next request you made was for desert plants. We cannot control how much you do or do not water the plants that are put in. Please let our offices know if there is something that we can do to resolve this matter."

They were the quickest response I received when first entering my job request on a Sunday afternoon. My first contact was less than ten minutes and on Sunday. Joe met me that week and provided a competitive quote a day later. The lead time was only extended due to rain in the area. My fence crew showed up on time, and finished my job the following day. They showed great interest in matching the materials and look of the fence I had previously built so it would all look identical. They used posts, rails, and pickets that were not their usual materials, but accommodated my request without argument or rebuttal. I will definitely call Grassolutions for similar work in the future. Very satisfied!
