They were awful. They took my insurance information and they submitted a higher bill to them. I ended up owing them $3,000 more. I had a contract for a $7,000 roof and they never told me I was getting a $10,000 roof. I should have had my insurance company go after them for insurance fraud. I never authorized that amount and he even circled the amount that he was going to go over with the insurance company. They never let me know that the price had increased. They only showed that information to the insurance company. I wasn't really out any money because the insurance company sent that money to me, but I was really ticked off about it. I would not have gone with them had I known. I would have gone with the company that was more in line with my insurance company.

Numerous problems with the installation of the guttering lead to having to contact another company to fix the problem. Now, 2 years later many of the shingles have blown off and the last strong storm that came through lifted up shingles on the corner of the home producing a large leak in the back bedroom which has caused even more damage to the home. A report for a reputable Tulsa company provided the below information to our insurance company: When preparing a report for a roof analysis, I am inclined to believe that most people will have limited knowledge of some of the more intricate details of my findings. This is not the case with your roof. The problem is so obvious that even a young child would understand. The nails that were used to attach the shingles to the roof decking were driven completely through the shingles. Most of the shingles on this roof have very little if any mechanical attachment. If you were a fan of loud music you could likely vibrate the roof to the point that the shingles would simply slide off. The majority of what is holding the shingles in place right now is the tackiness of the asphalt in the materials. A strong wind storm would destroy this roof and allow water to pour into your home. This was a very poor installation and poor job of everyone that was required to see that this type of thing does not happen. It appears that everyone dropped the ball. This home needs to be re-roofed as soon as is practical. The damage to the back bedroom is just the beginning. This home will suffer water intrusion from dozens of spots. It is just a matter of time. The roofing contractor should be held responsible for this poor quality workmanship. It is plain to see that there was no in process inspection or quality check while the roof was being installed. It is also plain to see that the installation crew had no idea what they were doing or any understanding of generally accepted roofing practices. In conclusion, it is my opinion that this roof was doomed to failure the minute it was installed. It will not withstand a strong wind storm without severe consequences and will continue to allow water intrusion into the home. I find no way to explain why or how this was not caught during the build process and feel that the original roofing contractor should be held accountable for all physical and monetary damages incurred due to this poorly built roof system.

Roofers did not clean up well after the job. Destroyed patio plants and damaged lattice panels. Disconnected/removed old attic turbines but left open ended wiring hanging loose - fire hazard! Forgot to roof shed that was included in the quote.
