First Choice Home Inspection

We were going to either remodel or sell our home. We decided to get an inspection, to see exactly what repairs were needed, and to get an objective opinion before contacting a contractor. Mr. Joseph arrived early by several minutes, and went right to work, taking exterior pictures. Our inspection took about 90 minutes. Mr. Joseph was very professional, prompt and courteous. He was clearly very knowledgeable, and his report was very complete. He took pictures and made extensive notes that were included in our report. He hand-delivered our report less than 24 hours later, and also followed up via email with a .pdf copy.
