Very professional. On time and I loved the communication. They explained what they were doing and why. They inspected everything without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. After the inspection and cleaning, we went over the findings and he showed me pictures of the outside flashing. I’m so glad he did. I hadn’t realize that the cap had blown off in a recent storm and water may have been coming in through the opening. I had them come back after they gave me a quote. Accommodated my weird schedule and finished the job. I wish I had the before and after pictures to share. What a blessing they were.
