Interior Painting
After evaluation of the project, he gave me a bid of $500 which included the paint, materials and labor. He did minimal moving of furniture and non breakables. Upon moving into the home, I tried to keep the area free of furniture since I knew I would be painting. I was very pleased with the quality of work. However, I was disappointed of the final cost being $650. His reasoning was it needed 2 coats of paint rather than just one. From past experience, generally a wall typically takes 2 coats for a clean, presentable finish. I was surprised of his oversight on this. The next time I need my home painted I will be certain to receive additional bids from others to receive a fair price.
