+ -1 moreCompany owner came to my property on January 14 and said he would have an estimate for me within days. I told him there was no hurry but when I didn't hear from him for weeks, I called his cell number several times to follow up but he never answered nor returned my calls even though I left messages. I finally called his "office" number (I assume this is his home and perhaps his wife answering the phone) and asked why he didn't seem to want the job. She explained that he had been ill with the flu and that they would most certainly provide me with an estimate. To date, I have never heard anything more from this company. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! I could understand if he just didn't want the job, but to be completely ignored is inexcusable.
