From the very first meeting we were treated like we were their only customer. Bill Jack made sure we didn't miss any important design options like baking pan storage, trash drawer, quiet-close cabinets, spice rack, cabinet pull-out shelves, and lazy susans in the corner cabinets. They created stain to match my china hutch perfectly. They used quality granite companies who let us pick out our slabs and sinks.
When they came to install everything they took all the time needed to make sure there were no marks or problems. We asked them to add crown molding for the great room. They matched everything perfectly and installed it all.
When the granite arrived they returned to install all of my knobs and handles. They stayed all day and fixed any imperfections.They were intent on perfecting the cabinets to our full satisfaction.
If anyone wants amazing craftsmanship, quality wood cabinetry there couldn't possibly be a better source.
