+ -1 moreIt was a great experience as it is obviously difficult to reconstruct/remodel a large area of our home with two little ones around. Mike showed up everyday on time. What was really great about him is how you can tell how motivated and focused of a worker he is. The job went fast which is clearly much appreciated because of the little children. Furthermore, he made sure all materials and scraps were picked up at the end of the work day which was a great relief as I did not have to worry about my kids stepping on anything that could hurt them. He did not fool around but rather came in, had a goal of what he wanted to accomplish for the day and made sure it was achieved. We have recommended Mike to several family/friends who also have had a great experience with him and were happy with his work.
Description of Work: For labor only price as we bought all of the materials and for a total of about 900 square feet area, Mike took down old 70s style pony walls and floor to ceiling post to open up the entryway into our dining and living room. He bull-nosed the corner walls for a more clean modern look. He painted the living room, entryway, dining room walls and our ceiling to floor brick fireplace. He scraped the popcorn off our cathedral style ceilings and painted it all white which turned out marvelous and really helped open up the space. Further, he painted and installed new baseboards throughout the dining/living room/entryway.

+ -1 moreMichael was very professional to work with. He showed up exactly when he said he would be to our home each day. Left our house totally picked up after each day of work. He was one of the hardest working individuals we've had do any service on our home. I would recommend him to anyone to have services done on your home. I called him back to touch up a few things and he was there within a few days of making the phone call. We would have him back anytime if we have the need for any painting or services to the house.
