From the first call to the unexpected follow up everything was professional. After they replaced the fence James took his time and explained exactly what they did. Clean up was fantastic. There was no wood or cement pieces in the yard and they even picked up the markers for the cable, electric, etc.. If you need a fence fixed or replaced don’t hesitate to call these guys.

Jennifer and James were great to work with. Jennifer made sure to answer all my questions on the estimate, and to make sure everything I wanted was covered. When James showed up he quickly got started and did a great job of tearing out an existing metal fence, and installing the cedar fence to replace it. James made sure that every question I had asked from the estimate was addressed, and was very professional in his explanation of why he would or wouldn't replicate certain things that had been done with the previous fence. The new fence looks great, the gates are far better than what was there, and I could not be happier to recommend Red River Fence.

Gave Jennifer a call at Red River Fence and had my quote within 3 hours. After checking with other company's decided to give RRF the job. The guys came over and tore down and hauled off our old fence and posts. They then put up new steel posts and attached 180 foot of cedar panels with a gate in amazing time! In less than 6 hours we had a Beautiful new fence. We keep getting wonderful compliments. Kind, efficient, and great price, true professionals that deserve proper recognition.

Someone came out to give an estimate on the same day that I contacted the company. Estimate was emailed to me the next day. Scheduled within 2 weeks. Day of construction, job took 3.5 hours. Everything went smoothly and the finished product looks great. No mess, they cleaned everything up and hauled off the old fence as part of the contract. Partner who quoted the job was actually one of two people who performed the work. Overall, I am very pleased with all contact with the company and their workmanship. I would gladly refer them to a friend.

I spoke with Mark on a Monday morning in June and explained that I need repairs on several areas of my chain link fence, and I also needed to have a 9' gate widened to a 12' gate. He looked at where my house was located and said it was a long way from his shop (about 20 miles) and asked me to email some pictures of the fence and gates so he could give me an estimate. I did as he requested and he said he would have a quote out to me later that day. I did not hear from him again. On Thursday of that week, I followed up with two more emails to see if he ever got the first. Again, he did not respond. On Monday of the following week, I called the office and Jennifer answered. She apologized for Mark not getting back to me and ask me to send the pictures to her email address and she would have Mark get back with me that day. I did as she requested and, again, did not receive a reply on Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, however, I did receive an email from Jennifer apologizing for not getting back sooner along with an estimate of $1,750.00. Due to Mark's failure to follow up with me (and not even return my call), I signed a contract with another company the day before. That company was Tiller Fence and they actually came out, looked over my concerns, and had an estimate to me within a couple of days that was almost $460.00 cheaper. I guess my job just wasn't big enough for Red River to mess with.

Overall I am very pleased. The installation crew showed up 2 days early in order to beat forecasted storms. They did a quick, clean and professional tear out and installation. James and his crew were very easy to work with. Since they were 2 days early I didn't have everything moved away from the old fence. They pitched in and helped make quick work of what little was left to do. The only thing I didn't like was my initial estimate was given based upon their use of Google Earth. I received the emailed estimate and returned it signed via email about a week later. I was then contacted and they sent an actual person out to do another estimate. This might be their policy to get rid of and quot;tire thumpersand quot; but I considered all of the first estimate interaction to be a waste of time.

They were amazing! They installed about 93 feet of cedar fence with galvanized metal posts in about 3 1/2 hours! They have a new technique that allows them to drive the posts deeply into the ground. The posts are very secure. I was concerned about the fence being down for several days because I have a dog. The fence was down for only a few hours! The materials used are first rate. Everything about them was professional, from their initial estimate which came via email the evening of their first visit; to the installation. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted 6 companies for quotes. Besides being the most reasonable, they were the most communicative. James came out and gave me an estimate which was emailed with details the same day. We were able to book the job in a reasonable time frame and tear out and installation was completed in one day.

I originally got four of estimates for building a split-rail fence at my residence. All of the estimates were by highly rated Angie List companies. Each estimate was for the exact same specifications. I gave the job to Red River Fence for several reasons; James, the owner, was very professional, responsive and his price was more than fair. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a professionally built fence at a fair price. Give James @ Red River Fence an opportunity to bid on your fence project and I believe you'll be glad you did.
