Property Management
We had problems with the AC and they got it fixed. they are a good outfit to rent from. They are trying to upgrade everything. They are fixing, sidewalks, porches, and all kinds of things. They give you three days, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd to turn the rent in. The rent is a little on the high side, not too bad. But it is worth it because they take care of it and you do not have to fight with the landlord to fix and do things. It is fair because I can afford it.
