PS and cameras and that there was no trash at the road.  Sure enough, there was no pickup on the 14th (my trash had not moved from the road).  I called on the 19th and was told a complaint had been filed and there would be a resolution (my trash being picked up no later than 7:00 that evening).  Guess what - no one showed up or called.  When I called on the 20th I was told that I would have to wait until the next day (Wednesday) as that was my normal scheduled pickup date and there was no one in my area to help.  When I inquired as to what had changed so that they now knew where I lived and could find my trash when they had no been able to before, I was told again that there driver said there was no trash at the road.  Thirty years of prompt payment and they couldn't even be decent enough to have the route supervisor call me and discuss why they kept missing my trash.  I am finished with these people and would never ever recommend them to anyone!!!

Forgets or just fails to pick-up recycles.  Must call City of Oklahoma to force Waste management to honor their contract.  They do pick up waste. Also. lies about recycle pick failures.

Outstanding service. Bought 3 BAGSTER home collection bags at Lowes. Used for collecting wood chippings and branches from numerous trees cleared from property. Filled with nearly 10 cubic yards of wood chippings and various yard debris. Set up email account on website, ordered pickup on Monday at noonish. They showed up Tuesday morning for collection. Driver was very professional and helpful. He advised I hadn't completely filled the BAGSTERs and allowed me the 5 extra minutes to top them off before hauling them away. My mistake, I had placed one under the branches of an oak tree. He was able to get it out and put it in the collection truck without any incidents. Overall, I'm very happy and impressed with the whole BAGSTER system and the collection process. Saved a lot of hand shovelling of debris into a pickup and multiple trips to the dump.

The service is performed consistently. Because it's a maintenance plan we have little interaction with the company, but I found two things helpful. 1) Once, we had a mattress dumped on our property. It was too heavy and gross to lift to put in the dumpster, so we set it near the dumpster. Even though it wasn't required by the maintenance contract, the driver of the truck picked up the mattress as well. 2) We needed the dumpster moved to a different part of the property. The company did this quickly when we contacted them, and it was moved exactly where we needed it to go.
