The entire process went very well. Sarah helped us select the granite, design the cuts to fit how we wanted and scheduled everything that needed to be done. A good experience from start to finish. We'd definitely use them again.

It went well at first.  We met with the staff at their office and they were very nice - helpful and we felt confident in their offering. 
We chose our colors, granite patterns and tile and went ahead with the installation. 

Right away we got the feeling we were not important to them because the guy they sent out seemed like he was in a hurry to get done.  The work was not well-designed.  We asked they guys if the tile they were installing would work in our area - they assured us it would.  Upon completion, we noticed the electrical outlets and light switch plates had to be cut off to align with the grout lines. It looked bad.  By then it was too late.  Additionally, they did not seal the grout to prevent water seepage from the sink or any kind of splatter from the stove.   The grout became stained and when I called them they didn't have any answers.  They offered the rest of a bag of grout if I personally wanted to fix it.  So I had to go back in and grind out the grout and replace it myself. 

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.  No follow-up.  Not good customer service.  I guess we didn't sepend enough money with them or they sent the wrong guy to do the install.
