The work went well. The service technician know exactly what was needed and how much it would cost and when the part would be in). He made an appointment the the following Tuesday afternoon to replace the part which he showed up early to do. Work was done correctly and the ice maker works wonderfully. Service Technician was awesome and we will use Wade's again.

Very pleased overall.  As w/ most repair companies the labor charges are a little high.  The company has a $45 service call fee which is comparable to other companies.  My issue had been going on for a long time and despite hiring another company and attempting to self-diagnose/repair the leak, I was unsuccessful.  The service man quickly diagnosed the issue, followed up w/ repair costs, and resolved the issue the next day (had to order part).  No leaks so far so I'm satisfied w/ the expense.

They are very efficient.

Went well overall. Was told that one of two circuit control boards were bad. They had to order both boards to completely diagnose the problem. Turned out to be the cheaper of the two. Some individuals would have charged for both boards but not Wade's. I've lived in the same area for 25+ years and have used them several times, always with positive results. I've also purchased factory parts from them when it's a problem I'm able to service myself.

Wade's reset computer on washer and it worked fine.  While the service provider was there, I asked him if he would mind looking at the switch on the dryer.  The dryer would start running as soon as it was turned on without turning the

switch.  Not really a problem, more of an annoyance.  He gladly looked broke it down and determined a part was broken which had to be ordered.  The second visit, just as the first, was very professional.  Both time he got right to work and did not seem to draw out the process.  I was very pleased overall with the service and my washer and dryer are working great.

My husband called Wade's Appliance Repair & Parts at about 9:00 AM on a Monday morning. My husband knew what the problem with the washing machine was as we had the same problem about 5 years ago and it was repaired by a different company. After describing the problem with the washing machine, Wade's said they could come out for a service call later that day. At about 9:50 AM he called back and said he could come at that time as it was on his way and he had gotten the part. He showed up within 5 minutes of calling. The repair was done within 20 minutes. My husband believes the price we paid today for Wade's service was much less than what we paid the other company about 5 years ago. We are very pleased and would use this company again.

This man was kind, clean and demonstrated high knowledge in his field. He didn't "jabber" or look around a lot (which makes me think he is casing the house). He went right to work and even tried the non-standard things since I had had so many others trying to fix it for 2 years through the house warranty.When he was done, he made out a service bill which was very complete. He signed it and I signed it. My payment and check number was written on bill and I was given a copy.

Had part in pocket based on my description of problem. Ran washing mach to confirm, had fixed in 15 min!!

They called to tell me when they were on there way over to my house. They always have the parts that they need when they come over to work on something.

The service tech did a great job repairing my dryer. The dryer was very noisy, and it now runs quietly. The tech was on time, knowledgible, and was able to complete the job in about 25 minutes.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came on time and did a good job looking at my appliances.

The only problem I had with Wade's was it seemed a bit expensive. Other than that they did good work, knew what they were doing, professional and friendly. They were responsive and on time after I called. I'd hire them again if I needed to.

Wades Appliance Repair was very honest. It is a family run business. They are very prompt and knowledgeable in their work. When you tell them on the phone, the problem, they know what they need to do the repairs. They complete the repair in a timely fashion.

Wade's was recommended to me by a friend. I was impressed at how quickly they got here, the same day that I called. The serviceman was very friendly and had the replacement motor on his truck. He was in and out within 30 minutes. A real quality job.

When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone from Wades Appliance Repair, he asked very specific questions, and said it sounded like the electric starter. He walked in our house with the part in his hand and had it repaired in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable.

We've hired Wades Appliance Repair and Parts for several repairs, and they have always been very punctual and helpful. They will go out of their way to get the job done as soon as possible, and they're very good at communicating what needs to be done.

I would say that Wades Appliance was friendly. I liked that they came out in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others for the job they did.
