Wood Fence Installation

I hired Verdant Plains Lawn Care and Landscaping LLC to install a fence to keep my dogs in the yard. He showed up several hours late without any help. After completion, there was a large gap at the bottom, so the fence does not keep the dogs in, which was the main purpose. The alignment is uneven, the running board is exposed, and several nails extend about a quarter inch onto my neighbor?s side, which I believe is unsafe. When I raised these concerns, the contractor did not offer a clear plan to fix the issues. I requested my deposit back but have not received a response. This reflects my personal experience; others may differ.
