Roofing
They did not do anything the way they explained they would do. Their crews are not experienced. They don't show up as scheduled. They take samples and lose them. An overall HORRIBLE experience!!!! I will have to say that every crew member has the exact same "I'm sorry" script memorized!!!!

Roofing, Gutter Repair and Replacement
I had a horrible experience with them. They left their trash on my driveway for a week after they were done and I could never get a hold of them. They did not replace all the metals that was in my contract and I got passed around between a couple of middlemen. I got charged for stuff that they did not end up doing. They did not put my guttering on right and I had to kind of hustle with them a couple of times to get them out to fix it. There was just pain every step of the way. That was just miserable.
