TUFF SHED INC - Oklahoma

Tuff Shed is exactly who I needed to see. I went to their office on a Tuesday and spoke with Brandon who was just an angel. The following Tuesday two more Angels arrived, Walter and Georgia. They started on my shed Tuesday morning they were done Tuesday evening. They did a wonderful wonderful job for me and I am so thankful to all of you! The process was simple the building looks great and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Tuff Sheds OKC on Reno GO SEE BRANDON!!!!

They did an excellent job. I think they're national but they worked through Home Depot. The guy who took the order got all of the dimensions correct and they did not start until they could come out here and do a one-day installation on pre-fabricated sides and roof and that type of thing. So, they came out at that morning and we'd already taken the old shed down and they erected the new barn, fixed everything on it, make sure all the doors work and everything and stuff in less than a day's time. It's 12 x 12. It has a loft in it. So, it's a big thing. They did a wonderful job. We've been lucky this year.

When I started shopping for a storage shed Tuff Shed was the 3rd place I looked, after the box stores. Met Ray, he showed me the different models and we discussed my needs. I told him I was shopping and not ready to buy, he told me where their competition was and I looked them over.
After looking at the others if was obvious Tuff Shed is a superior product. I still had not made up my mind which model would suit our needs most so husband and I made a 2nd trip to visit with Ray. He spent a couple of hours answering every question we could think of.
We went home to digest it all and made our decision. Went back to Tuff Shed made the order they installed it in the same week!
The installers were punctual, early in fact, courteous, professional, built it quickly cleaned up and all to our satisfaction

We drove to the business location and met with Ray Taylor, looked at the choices of sheds that could be built, did not make a decision that day. Our intention was to clear the yard of an old shed and an old, useless tornado shelter. Once those two items were removed, we visited Tuf Shed again, met with the manager, Chad, and sealed the deal. We originally thought we would purchase one kind of building, but Chad convinced us that a newer model for the same price with a 20% discount would be a better product, better meet our needs. Arrangements were made for them to come out on June 6th, mid-day, to start and complete the job. He explained they usually take 4 -5 hours. We paid about 1/2 down at this meeting. On the morning of the 6th, storms were threatening, the crew leader, Sky, called and asked if they could come by in the morning to get as much done as possible before the storm hit. They were on site by 8:am, a crew of two, and got to work immediately. In 2 and 1/2 hours, we had a weather-tight building in the backyard. Because of lightening and beginning rain, they had to stand down the operation, with only shingles, paint and trim work yet to be done. Friday, June 8th, Sky called around 7:am and asked if they could come finish the job, when we returned from our breakfast, the job was done. We then drove out to Tuf Shed and paid off the balance. This company, at least in our experience, is very professional and customer oriented. They have a good product, and they know how to deliver efficiently. From what I can tell, they also treat/support their personnel well. They get good training, have the right tools to get the job done.
