The chair is lovely...the job very well done. These guys are easy to work with, have solutions, know their stuff. The said 4-6 weeks before completion as I took the chair in during a busy time...it was done in four weeks and done perfectly. They recommended different finishes and options...walked me through it...easy! It was a very old chair and the cushion/padding was totally shot. They fixed everything and used the fabric I provided so now the chair is as good as new and so pretty!

Amazingly, we dropped it off in the morning and it was completed the SAME DAY!

They picked up the furniture on Oct. 7 and brought it back on Oct. 17, which was 2 weeks earlier than they said it would be. Truman was very personable and easy to work with. The workmanship is outstanding and professional. The men who did the delivery work were also very friendly and diligent. I did a lot of research and exploring other upholsterers before I settled on Truman and he turned out to be an excellent choice. I don't believe anyone else could/would do this job as well and in the same amount of time. I definitely recommend them and will go back to them in the future.

I contacted Truman's Fabric and Foam about possibly getting an estimate on my couch that I wanted to get an updated look, they were very nice and informative telling me if I could take some pictures of my couch from different angles and email them to there email address they would give me an approximate estimate on what it would be to complete the entire couch before I come and check out there fabrics in there store. I waited about 3 days for a response and was surprising happy with the total cost that they gave me.

We had four kitchen captain-type chairs to be recovered in a vinyl material with a total of 60 buttons covered in the same material. Each chair had additional padding over each arm and back and was attached with covered buttons. There were 15 buttons per chair.

The color of the existing material had been discontinued. Truman, Barbara and Angie were very helpful in helping us pick out a replacement color. After selecting a new color from their upholstery books, Angie immediately went to a location in their shop where they had in stock the replacement material which eliminated any delay of ordering from the manufacturer.

We took two chairs in on Monday morning, January 13, 2014, to be recovered and were called on Wednesday morning that they were completed. We picked those two up and took in the remaining two. On Thursday, January 16, we received a call that the last two chairs had been completed. We had no idea that this job would be completed in such a timely manner.

We were extremely pleased with the workmanship. We will not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend Truman's Fabric and Foam to any one needing upholstery work.

They are not a discount service. They provide a professional service at a price which is appropriate for the job. The sofa was ready when promised. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality workmanship.

They were very helpful and the prices were much lower than I expected. I rounded the price off.

They have a vast selection of fabric on hand and the staff was very helpful in assisting us. Although we did not find what we wanted from their selection, they ordered what we wanted from their catalog. (ordering out was more costly, but we were trying to match other furniture). The service was timely and the quality of the work was excellent. This is the 2nd time we have used Truman's and we would do so again.
